Where is he any1 know looking to capture hundred blades from him or at least this is who the prima guide says to look for....

or if anyone else has a place to capture it at please tell me, and if u dont want to post it PM me

See, Hundred Blades wasn't going to be elite in the actual game (which is probably why Prima listed it on some lvl8 Charr boss) but then apparently because of Illusionary Weaponry synergy that was changed.
